About Our Repair Process
Once a Repair Assignment is received we will contact you to arrange an appraisal appointment or arrange tow, if required.
During the appraisal appointment we will take pictures of damage, create an electronic estimate and send both to your insurance company for approval.
When the estimate has been approved we order the necessary parts and schedule your vehicle in for repairs. We’ll even reserve a rental for you, if your insurance covers rentals. Simply pick up the keys and continue with your day.
We’ll provide you with regular updates on the repair progress.
When repairs are completed the vehicle undergoes final inspection and is sent out to be cleaned at our Auto Spa. We will then contact you to arrange a pick-up time.
